We are Veteran Owned Company and are working on completing our GSA certification this year. We service regularly all of the State of Texas, Oklahoma, and the Western portions of Arkansas and Louisiana.

Our service team is comprised of over 75 combined years of training on multiple vendor products. We are the leading service company for Manufacturer’s such as Sedecal, Konica, Americomp, and AFP. Our digital service team has additional certifications and/or experience in Networking, Microsoft OS, DICOM, PACS and… Our guys are certified through the Department of State Health Services to perform x-ray service and repair. We consistently train, and share experiences to advance the scope of our service team.

We offer preventative maintenance for wet film systems – with a warranty. We know our guys are good!! We want you to know that too. Hands down we beat the competitor in apples to apples pricing, but we also warranty our work for 10 days. If you have problem with your processing system that is a result of our staffs’ negligence in your cleaning, it’s on us.

If you have an older x-ray unit that is in need of repair, and you are being told that parts are not available anymore, let us know. We have service men that have worked for years on different pieces of equipment and we just might have that part to fix your machine.

Our sales team includes several nationally registered radiologic technologists. We are registered in the fields of radiography, mammography, and quality assurance. The goal of our sales team is to fit the customer with systems that are tailored to the specific practice. We listen to your needs and desires, then make suggestions based on the information we have obtained to meet those needs as well as your budget. We want to educate you in equipment selection.
